Our MAXI and MINI adjustable security bar sliding glass door lock models will work on nearly all sliding glass patio doors. This unique pivoting mounting system attaches with Very High Bond (VHB) tape, allowing the Wedgit® to be installed at a readily accessible height on your patio door frame in less than a minute. When not in use, it swings down out of the way for storage. Our special attachment system eliminates the need to drill into a patio door frame and permits the Wedgit® sliding door security lock to be removed and reinstalled without the use of tools. Have a pet door panel installed in your sliding patio door? No problem! The flexibility of the Wedgit® lock system easily accommodates the addition of a pet door panel, providing a tight, secure fit.
Wedgit® sliding door security locks also are ideally suited for securing single hung and sliding windows. The same, simple installation method makes them a snap to use on your windows, a common entry point for criminals.
